yay we finally got here. had a great trip here. Awesome beach that we sayed at on the way at a place called Crescent Head, near Port Macquarie NSW. We camped beside the beach at Goolawah Reserve. Bugger that it started raining while we were there but it was still an awesome spot. Sure to go again if in the area.
The first day in Sydney was great we arrived at the cottage, what an awesome place to stay as well. We are so close to Darling Harbour and the city centre. 10min walk and we are there. On Saturday, we went and met up with Sue and Tiarne. We went to Luna Park for the arvo. That was fun.
but our holiday mode was gone when we got back to the cottage and our dog, Tipsy had been spooked out of the yard, jumped up on the camper and into the next courtyard and then out the gate. We were all very determined to get her back. We searched all the nearest streets that we could and we also rang all the vets and others that could of possible know anything. but still nothing. We put up posters all around the area to get any information. It was tuesday night, 3 nights she'd been gone, and thinking she would be out there for another one. The we got a call from a lady, saying that on her jog to work in the morning she saw a doy looking a bit frantic. She just happened to jog through the area we put up the posters on her way to work and when she was returning from work in the arvo she saw tipsy again and realized that it could be tipsy she saw from the posters. YAY.
We immediately got in the car and drove to Rozelle, which is 4 suburbs away from here, bout 4 or 5 km. She had somehow managed to get herself trough the traffic and get over there. We just were calling out to her and she came running up a side alley. How happey were we. Yes..

So now we can get back to holiday mode and enjoy our last days here.
Tipsy sure is one LUCKY DOG!!!
